Anna Hansen’s Modern Pantry Celebrates a Decade

The Modern Pantry has been at the heart of New Zealand’s presence in London for a decade. To celebrate, New Zealand raised chef Anna Hansen is launching an anniversary menu from 9 September, centred around that most Kiwi of essential meals: afternoon tea.

Trained by Margo and Fergus Henderson, and a colleague of Peter Gordon, Hansen’s career has been innovative and daring. The Modern Pantry was awarded two AA rosettes and been listed as a ‘Bib Gourmand’ in the Michelin Guide.

So, whether you’re after Prawn Omelette, Singaporian Crab, or the finest Home Baking, head over to The Modern Pantry to celebrate!
