Tickets are selling at lightning speed to see Killing Eve star Jodie Comer make her highly-anticipated West End debut next year. Prima Facie is written by Australian-born Suzie Miller, a former criminal defence lawyer working in the human rights sector whose job required her to listen to people talk about their experiences of being sexually assaulted.

Jodie plays Tessa in this gripping, one-person play which takes us to the heart of where emotion and experience collide with the rules of the game. A young, brilliant barrister who loves to win, Tessa has worked her way up from working class origins to be at the top of her game; defending; cross examining and lighting up the shadows of doubt in any case. An unexpected event forces her to confront the lines where the patriarchal power of the law, burden of proof and morals diverge.

Play opens Friday 15 April 2022 at the Harold Pinter Theatre, for a strictly limited nine-week run.
