Benjamin Baker — At the World's Edge Festival (AWE) London 2026

New Zealand violinist Benjamin Baker returns to London this spring with a series of performances, including appearances at At the World’s Edge (AWE) Festival London 2026 as part of a wider run of concerts across the season.

The AWE Festival brings together musicians to explore themes of remembrance, identity and endurance, inspired by the legacy of ANZAC. Across these performances, Baker joins an international group of artists for programmes that move between European chamber music and contemporary works by New Zealand composers, creating a dialogue between past and present, and between places.

The concerts feature music by Gideon Klein, Dvořák and Ravel alongside new and recent compositions reflecting on memory, history and place. Known for his expressive playing and thoughtful programming, Baker brings both emotional depth and clarity to repertoire that spans centuries.

Performances take place on Monday 20 April at Fidelio Café and Tuesday 21 April at St Pancras Clock Tower, two intimate London venues that offer a close connection between performers and audience.

Tickets and further information are available via the festival website.
