Strictly Come Dancing judge, director, choreographer and performer Craig Revel Horwood is touring the UK with Revelations: Songs Boys Don't Sing, a live show inspired by his debut solo album and theatrical memoir.
Running until the end of June, the 90-minute live band production combines music, storytelling and comedy, offering audiences a personal and entertaining glimpse behind the sequins. Horwood, who was born in Australia and moved to the UK aged 24, performs a selection of iconic songs traditionally associated with female performers, including favourites from musical theatre and popular culture.
Alongside the music, audiences can expect backstage stories from his decades-long career in theatre and television, reflections on his upbringing and family life, and plenty of the sharp humour for which he has become known. The show also features audience Q&As, Strictly anecdotes and even a live cookery demonstration.
The setlist includes beloved classics such as Don't Rain on My Parade, Memory and Poor Unfortunate Souls, reinterpreted in Horwood's own distinctive style.
