Cabaret Frangipani – Sani Muliaumaseali’i

Samoan-born New Zealand tenor Sani Muliaumaseali’i brings his rich voice, storytelling flair and trademark theatricality to London this November with Cabaret Frangipani - a vibrant evening of opera, song and personal tales from across the Pacific.

Described as “artfully adrift in the South Seas”, Sani resurfaces at VFDalston in North London with a tide of musical and anecdotal reflections. Part opera, part cabaret, and entirely its own creation, Cabaret Frangipani weaves together Puccini, Leoncavallo and Gershwin with Sani’s own original songs and music from his musicals Kava Girls and Baba the Bad Baboon.

With David Harrod at the keyboard, the performance promises warmth, wit and a powerful sense of cultural storytelling - a rare chance to experience Sani’s artistry up close in an intimate, atmospheric venue. Not to be missed.
